"Matt Mason, who played at NW, gave his life for his country today. He was one of the elite Navy Seals who was shot down in Afghanistan. Please keep his family in your prayers."

i haven't had much opportunity to follow this site, but this truly sadden's me. God love these young men and women who give so unconditionally to our country. God Bless Them and this wonderful family. Your son is awesome. I have never met him, but have the utmost respect for his service and dedication to this country. I know our team will honor him through out this upcoming season. Our prayers our with the Mason Family as they deal with this tragic loss. Thank you Matt for protecting our freedom. God Bless.
